We practice traditional Yoga styles in either a Hot or Warm Room.
Using a infra-red heating system to heat the space and keep the temperature at an optimal level throughout the practice assisting in muscle repair, increased blood flow, firing up the lymphatic system to assist the body in flushing out toxins.
Anybody can breathe, therefore anyone can practice yoga.

We love this saying, in its simplicity it is so true. Remember, we all start at the beginning...flexibility isn't a prerequisite to start Yoga, it's a benefit of a regular practice along with a calmer and clearer mindset.
Unfortunately our bodies don't always follow the intent our minds set out and we all end up with an injury one way or another.
Depending on the severity of your injury we are here to assist you with modifications throughout the practice.
If your injury has required surgery or ongoing treatment, we ask you please get clearance to practice Yoga before attending.

This is a completely natural thought! It is easy for us to say how amazing it is and the benefits you will reap from practicing in the heat, but ultimately you will need to find out for yourself.
We suggest to start with our warm classes first if this is a concern for you and then move into the hot classes.
