Our Classes

A diverse offering of classes ranging from beginner to advanced. If you have any questions about where you should start your

Yoga journey...just ask!

Hot 45 Flow

Do you have a spare 45 minutes in your day?

Looking for a challenging, whole body workout

where your stamina will be tested?

This is it! - 45 minutes of high intensity focusing on

each aspect of the body. Your heart rate will be

elevated as we build heat in the body, flowing and

twisting increasing strength and flexibility.

As with all our practices, beginners are still absolutely welcome, we will always remind you to listen to

your body and take as many breaks as you need.

Hot Challenge Flow

If you are looking for a challenge - this practice will

push you to the limits!

This practice will have you sweating right from the

start as you immediately elevate the heart with a

decent hit of cardio flowing into a whole body work

out focusing on upper body and core.

Although this is a challenging practice, it is also encompassed by a beautiful flowing yoga sequence providing a breather and time to reset.

This is an intermediate practice, but as always,

beginners are absolutely welcome and we are able to provide modifications along the way...remember,

there is always shavasana at the end!

Hot Flow

This practice is a hybrid of many different Yoga styles.

A little bit of Vinyasa, Hatha and if you want a challenge, try the Ashtanga modifications!

We start by warming and stretching the muscles, ligaments and tendons in order to get the most

benefit from your practice, before moving into a

faster flow which then changes gear to slow the

heart rate down.

The physical benefits include, detoxifying the body, increasing oxygen supply to the body and brain, increasing flexibility, muscle strength, stamina, and balance.

A perfect practice for both beginners and the seasoned Yogi.

Hot & Warm Hatha

Hatha yoga is a gentle introduction to the most

basic yoga postures placing special emphasis on

controlled breathing, core strength, posture, and meditation.

Hatha yoga allows you to move your body slowly

and deliberately holding poses for longer, allowing

a deeper stretch, challenging your strength and

flexibility, whilst at the same time focusing on

relaxation and mindfulness.

The benefits of Hatha yoga include better sleep, strengthening core muscles, improving depression symptoms, and helping with stress management.

This is a perfect practice for beginners and

advanced Yogi's wanting to take a slower pace.

Hot Power Flow

This practice builds on the foundations of Vinyasa

classes moving a little quicker through a slightly more complex sequence.

This class will lead you through a unique strengthening

& lengthening flow with opportunities to explore some progressive concepts of the yoga practice refining your body’s strength, balance, and flexibility.

This practice welcomes Yogi’s at any level as

modifications are offered for some of the challenging postures.

Hot & Warm Slow Flow Vinyasa

During this 60min practice you will be guided through each asana slowly and mindfully while holding the postures longer.

You will learn how to use your breath to anchor and ground your body, move energy and bring you to the very centre of the present moment.

A Slow Flow Vinyasa class will leave you feeling strong, calm, balanced and grounded in your body; peaceful, tranquil and happy in your mind.

The more gentle nature of this class is great for beginners, but is also wonderful for intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice.

Hot Vinyasa

This 60min Hot Vinyasa class will be energetic,

creative and lots of fun!

Instead of pausing between poses as you would in

more traditional yoga styles, using the union of

breath and movement, each pose flows into the next, making it an intense workout.

In a Vinyasa class you will build strength, flexibility and fitness as you learn to move mindfully and with

intention.

A Vinyasa class will leave you feeling strong, balanced, focused and energised in your body; calm, centred

and at peace in your mind.

Vinyasa classes are suitable for all levels, with

variations and modifications offered throughout the

class to support beginner students.

Hot & Warm Yogalates

Our beautiful blend of Yoga and Pilates!

This practice starts off with an energised Yoga flow

as we warm the body by building heat, stretching

and finding connection with movement to the breath.

As we switch to Pilates we focus on body awareness through resistance exercise, strengthening the core, improving posture and with these 2 traditions

combined developing balance and overall strength

and flexibility.

This is a practice is open to anyone regardless if

you're a beginner or seasoned Yogi.

Warm Strength & Stretch

In the first half of this practice you will build heat and use your body weight to tone and strengthen your muscles with mindful movement.

In the second half you will shift to a slower pace, focusing on stretching, allowing the body to recover and releasing tension.

Warm Yin

The aim of yin yoga is to target connective tissues, ligaments, bones and joints of the body. For this reason, our yin yoga classes are based on functional alignment and are suitable for everyone as the poses are designed to stretch, contract or compress tissues in the target area by adjusting the pose to suit the person rather than simply looking for perfect alignment. Because the poses can be adjusted by changing the hand and feet positioning for each individual’s body shape and anatomy, this style of yoga encourages people to be more mindful in their practice and more aware of their bodies. Whilst Yin Yoga can seem like a passive practice in comparison to the more dynamic fitness styled yoga (yang yoga), the yin classes can be quite challenging due to the fact the postures are held for 2-5 minutes. Our yin yoga classes are designed to perfectly complement our other classes offered at the studio. Once you experience a yin class you will start to feel and notice muscles in a whole new way and realise you may have only reached half your potential in your asana practice!

** This class is very different to all of our other classes. Please wear warm and comfy clothes (PJ's are welcome - seriously!).

** Completely optional, but feel free to bring a blanket, a pillow and an extra layer of clothing to keep you nice and cosy.
